OUR SUPPLIERS

L’Auberge des Glacis is situated in the middle of a rich and diversified agricultural region.  On the Côte-du-Sud, the commodities are abundant and of great quality. When we choose one of our products to create the menu, we take great care in encouraging our local and regional suppliers. Actually, we call on approximately thirty some producers from the Islet/St-Jean-Port-Joli area.  We estimate it is essential to place a value on the work of the local people.
